今日は後シリアルを食べた。結構炭水化物も走ったり、長い散歩にジャズと行くときは食べるようにしている。
さて、先ずは朝練からかな！
夜はYoshとリハーサルとマネージャと打合せもあるから、今の時間帯にトレーニングや、準備をしておかないと、、、、

On days where I plan to go out for training I make sure that I get enough carbohydrates too.
I hope to get some bass work and chart prepping ready for tonight's rehearsal. I got a meeting before that too.... hmm hope I get it all done!
