いいシンガー、バンドとライブ！ Performing with a great singer and band!

今日は一日朝からバタバタで、なん正直疲れ果ててる。

しかも、朝は急遽打ち合わせに呼び出されてまた横浜に行ってきたんだ。

交通安全週間なので、、、、ドキドキの移動だった、、、、


土曜日のライブの写真です。
本当に素晴らしいシンガーとバンド仲間に出会えて幸せだなぁ、、、と思い出した。

大変な時も、この先もっといい想い出を作るんだ！と思っているとまた頑張れるね。

Today was a really busy day from the moment I got up to now....

Was called out to Yokohama for some meeting in the morning so I was back in Yokohama a few hours after I left from the performance.

I just remembered the show on Saturday today looking at Facebook. Really happy I met the band that I played with that day! Had so much fun performing together! The singer Shibata Tomomi was also amazing!
Can't wait to play with everyone again soon!

Even when things are tough and your busy and all, the thought of making more great memories keeps you going

昨日は自分は珍しくライブ終わってからもバンドと一緒に二次会で飲みにいっちゃいました。


もちろん酒は別にのめないけど、なんだか学生のダンスパーティみたいな集まりで面白かったな。

ダンサーも多いパーティで、途中はパフォーマンスがたくさんあって印象的だった。




オマケの写真。
これは二次会会場に向かう途中にとった。メチャ雨降ってたけど、地面がかなり光ってて、このガラスの地面が目に入った。

実はFortitudeのアルバムの中に入っているインストはこんなキューブ型の四角いガラスの壁に光が通っているのをイメージして作っていたんだよね。

色々とデザインとか建築でも音のイメージに繋がるから面白いんだよね。

また早く新しい曲を書きたいな。

It's rare that I go for a drink with the band after shows. But yesterday was an exception.

It was almost like playing with Lo-Fi, with a really great atmosphere. Any band I'm part of I always hope to bring back something to Lo-Fi. My band is like a non-ending journey in music. But unfortunately most bands have a short life span. I hope we can keep this band going as long as possible too.
It's fun learning from each member as you grow as musicians too.

This last photo I posted is a photo I took on the way to the after party venue. The instrumental song off our new album Fortitude "Cubic Glass" was something I wrote when I was gazing at a glass wall like this. The was it effects like the light was really cool and I wanted to try to turn that feeling into a tune.
