高校の友達と偶然あった。 Met my high school former band mate in Nagoya!

Twitterとかで時々やりとりをしている大昔に一緒にバンドやっていた友達がいる。
 先日バイクでツーリングで名古屋を通過する際に彼らのスケジュールを見たら、お！同じ名古屋にいる、、、！

で早速見に行った、

彼らは今全国をツアーしていて、車が宿にもなり、足にもなるという感じで最高にミュージシャンらしいツアーをしています。
バンド名はSleepyhead Jamie （バンド名の由来を聞かなかったなそういえば！？） 

今回のライブをみた会場は OX DINERという場所で

こんな感じで夫婦仲良しにライブやっていて、うらやましかった！それにしても、ベースヴォーカリストに出会えてすごく嬉しかった！

ベース弾きながら一緒に歌うスタイルがいい感じ。

懐かしい仲間が高校からもずーっと音楽と向き合って今の独特な活動スタイルにたどり着いたのみて本当に感動した。

 

The other day when I was still on my motorcycle trip I met an old high school friend in Nagoya. I was just riding through town when I saw his twitter post with a gig booked in the same city I was in so I dropped by.

It's great to see him doing his own thing…! We did a show together once way back in high school, and after all these years it's cool how he's on this really interesting tour of Japan right now!!
