朝から、うなぎの話、、、！ Talking about eel… first thing in the morning...

いきなり目が覚めて紹介したいところを思いついた、、、！

それは先日名古屋にいた時に寄る事ができたうなぎやの「うな河」です！

別にホームページとかの無い店でレストラン等を共有するサイトにしか情報はないけど、本当に特別な店でおすすめです。

いままで食べてきた柔らかいタイプのうなぎではなく、ちょっとパリっとした感じの食感のうなぎです。味もライトですごいおいしいです。

In Japan there's a special dish called UNAGI. It's roasted eel with a special sweet sauce. The eel is cooked then put on top of rice. I know, I know… it sounds disgusting, but you've got to try it before you make any judgement. Trust me, I grew up knowing nothing about Japanese foods until I went to a Japanese school. I would definitely go visit Nagoya just to drop by this special place!!!!
